PRISM Photography Workshop

In September PRISM Photography Network will run at Stirchley Baths a Photography Workshop. It's for everybody, no previous knowledge required. It can be done with a smartphone, although a limited number of DSLR cameras are available on loan.

It is project focused. This means that we will be working for 2 month, every Saturday morning, to document the life of Stirchley and ultimately produce a Zine and an exhibition at Stirchley Baths.

We think its a good opportunity to celebrate an interesting Birmingham neibourhood and do something fun together.

If you are interested in, you can book a taster session .

There is one in June:

.... and one in July.

The course is delivered by myself and Oksana Bischin. Oxana is a professional photographer with a Master in Visual Anthropology from University of Manchester. A short Biography is below.

The preparation of the exhibition will offer people the opportunity to interact with other members of PRISM Photography Network.
